Using a quart of second fermented kefir, I super-blended it with raw honey, natural almond flavoring, and a half a banana (or whole if you like the taste sweeter). That’s it!
Pour the velvety kefir into bowls and fill with all the goodies you enjoy: pecans, walnuts, coconut, dried fruits, even a sprinkle of organic chocolate chips! Whatever sounds good to you. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
